Bangi, Malaysia Global Amity Sdn Bhd Full time

To provide support to Sales Department and to assist the Sales Admin Team Lead on day-to-day activities including the followings:

- Prepare receipts for car bookings and down payments.
- Prepare documents for car registrations through online registration.
- Prepare customer and bank invoice.
- Prepare documents for delivery (service books).
- Prepare quotations for Sales Consultants.
- Prepare reports as required by Sales Team i.e. weekly, monthly, etc.
- Prepare monthly accessories & car commissions for Sales Consultants.
- General administration in office such as filling, etc.
- Perform car ordering from Honda factory.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the related field.
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Able to write and communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English
- High integrity and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Must possess a pleasant personality and positive working attitude such as proactive, self-disciplined, responsible, meticulous and organized and a team player with high moral values.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: From RM1,600.00 per month
