Responsible for full sets of accounts
- Working directly as an accountant, help to maintain the office and keep IT running smoothly
- Overseeing day-to-day accounting functions and ensure processes and procedures are complied with
- Monitors company’s cash flow management, document work plan, findings and report audit issues and ensure all tasks are done in timely manner and up to date
- Perform company secretary administration task
- Responsible for timely and accurate monthly financial closing, prompt preparation and review of monthly/periodic management reports and balance sheet reconciliations
- Timely processing of payroll and claims
- Check and monitor other subsidiaries accounts
- Deal with customers and external agencies (LHDN), invoicing customer and update payment
- Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct
- Able to cooperate and liaise with LHDN officer regarding cases on client tax
- Preparation of tax computations, tax return, other tax compliance
- To meet all tax submission client deadlines (Form B, BE, C, E and P) and handle Corporate Taxation and Year-End Audit
- Provide value-added in Audit field and Taxation
- Perform any other related duties assigned from time to time by the management external auditors, tax, secretarial and others on company matters
- Prepare monthly full set reports such as P&L, BS and notes
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience in handling a full set of accounts.
- Good knowledge of computerized Auto count.
- Good analytical & communication skills, resourceful, well-disciplined and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Able to analyse findings, discuss potential issues and recommend corrective actions
- Knowledge/Proficient in Microsoft Words & Excell and UBS Accounting
- Independent with good interpersonal skills and high professional ethics
- Experience in Audit Firm, Tax Agent, Income Tax Filing/SST as an added advantage
