**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Human Resources**:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee relations by addressing queries and resolving issues in collaboration with Head of HR and COO.
- Coordinate employee training programs and initiatives.
- Manage attendance records and assist in payroll administration.
**Administration**:
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and ensure a well-organized workspace.
- Assist in organizing company events and activities.
- Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR or administrative roles is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially excel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
