1. **Customer Service**:
a) Greeting customers as they enter the restaurant.

b) Taking orders accurately and efficiently.

c) Providing recommendations and assistance with menu choices.

d) Ensuring a pleasant dining experience for customers by attending to their needs and requests promptly and courteously.

2. **Food Preparation**:
a) Preparing food items according to Marrybrown's recipes and standards.

b) Cooking, grilling, frying, and assembling food orders.

c) Maintaining proper food safety and hygiene practices throughout food preparation.

d) Cleaning and Maintenance:
e) Keeping the restaurant clean and organized at all times.

f) Cleaning and sanitizing workstations, cooking equipment, and dining areas.

g) Replenishing supplies such as condiments, napkins, and utensils as needed.

h) Performing routine maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure proper functioning.

3. **Cash Handling and Transactions**:
a) Handling cash and processing payments accurately.

b) Operating cash registers and POS systems efficiently.

c) Providing customers with receipts and ensuring correct change is given.

4. **Teamwork**:
a) Collaborating with other crew members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

b) Communicating effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and maintain workflow.

c) Assisting colleagues during busy periods or as needed.

5. Compliance and Safety:
a) Adhering to Marrybrown's policies, procedures, and standards.

b) Following food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe environment for customers and staff.

c) Reporting any safety hazards, incidents, or customer concerns to management promptly.

6. Upselling and Promotion:
a) Promoting special offers, combo meals, and upselling additional items to increase sales.

b) Providing information about new menu items or promotions to customers.

c) Training and Development:
d) Participating in training sessions to learn about Marrybrown's menu, procedures, and customer service standards.

e) Continuously improving skills and knowledge to enhance job performance.

f) Overall, as a restaurant crew member at Marrybrown, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality food and service to customers while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

7. **Education**:
a) High school diploma or equivalent required.

b) Additional education or training in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
