Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia China Construction Development (M) Sdn Bhd Full time

**Responsibilities: -**

Compensation and benefit:

- Payroll preparation and reporting
- Manage staff and drivers claim
- Manage medical, SOCSO and insurance claims
- Manage petty cash
- Co-ordinate all matters pertaining to employee insurance scheme and liaise with Insurer coverage and policy
- Leave management

Recruitment:

- Assist recruitment activities including but not limited to job offer preparation, conduct induction program and orientation.
- Conduct exit interview and resign clearance

HR administration:

- Prepare HR letters including but not limited to transfer letter, renewal contract, show cause letter, warning letter, acceptance resignation letter and termination letter.
- Issue memo

Training & Development:

- Identify and work with HOD on training needs (TNA)

KPI:

- Participant in assisting the conduction of yearly performance review

Expatriates management:

- Expatriate tax filling and tax clearance

Employee Engagement:

- Arranging and organising Company activities

ISO:

- Handling ISO administrative and documentation
- Coordinate yearly audit
- Support the relevant department when new project tender

Admin: Oversee admin matters

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR working experience in related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly capable of handling multi-tasking, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, proactive, independent, resourceful, good sense of responsibility, detail oriented and highly organized.
- Analytical thinking and good at problem-solving.
- Preferable experiences in ISO documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Able start to work in short notice would be advantage

**Salary**: RM3,300.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
