**Title: HR & Administration Executive**
**Responsibilities**:
- Report to the HR & Admin Manager & Director
- Maintaining employee records (soft and hard copies)
- Updating HR databases (e.g. new hires, vacation and sick leaves)
- Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
- To support the HR department in duties like posting job ads, updating HR database and processing employees requests.
- Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
- Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
- Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars
- Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
- Manage the department’s telephone center and address queries accordingly
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
- Provide orientations for new employees by sharing on board packages and explaining company policies
- To manage and perform day to day administration work including reception work when necessary
- Any other work as tasked by supervisor or Company
- Issuance of employment contract and related employment letters
- HR processes for onboarding, resignation and exit clearance.

**Able to work in a fast paced environment**
Willing to multi task and cross function for multiple roles
Min Diploma in HR & Administration
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
