**PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS**:
We are seeking a highly organized and versatile individual to join our team as an Accounts cum HR Admin. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a combination of accounting and human resources administrative tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining financial records, assisting with HR functions, and ensuring smooth office operations.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Handle invoices, delivery orders, credit notes, debit notes, accounts payable, accounts receivable, statements, and coordinate internally for related admin and accounting matters.
- Manage interactions with internal and external parties regarding operational matters, financial requirements, and statutory reporting needs.
- Responsible for preparing payment listings, reimbursements, inventory management, invoicing, and all relevant administrative paperwork.
- Maintain and update all HR & Admin tracking files and related records (e.g., leave records, daily attendance, claims, medical chits, etc.).
- Responsible for monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with the government authorities i.e. such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, and HRDF.
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job advertisements and interview arrangements.
- Conduct orientations for new employees, sharing onboarding packages, and explaining company policies.
- Handle general office administration duties, including office procurement, renovations, travel, and accommodation arrangements.
- Assist Top Management in preparing paperwork/memos for Accounts, HR, or Admin policies and procedures.
- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by a superior.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum **2-3 years of working experience** in a finance/accounting role.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (preference).
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate on Microsoft Excel and Word, Independent and able to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated nature and the ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
