Accounts cum HR Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts cum HR Executive. This role plays a crucial part in managing financial transactions, payroll, and human resources functions for our Company.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Maintain financial records, budgets, and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and assist with tax filings.
- Process accurate and timely payroll.
- Administer employee benefits and HR policy compliance.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure labor law compliance.
- Assist in performance management and employee development.
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and financial management.
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience in the automotive and/or service industry is a plus.
