Account HR Executive

**Position : Account cum HR Executive**
**Salary : RM 3,500 - RM 4,800**
**Location : 28, Jalan Emas SD 5/1, Bandar Sri Damansara, 52200 KL**
**Area : Sri Damansara / Kepong**
**Working Hour : Monday - Friday (0800am - 1700pm)**
**Job Responsibilities:
- **
- All accounting, HR, project, admin and office related works.
- Handling full set of account and management reports.
- Manage receivable collection and arrange payables payment.
- Coordinate the requirements of local authorities (Auditor, Tax Agent, Co-Sec, Banker and Others Government Relative Board).
- Manage company financial cash flow, current / OD / loans / BA / LC.
- Handle day to day operations of accounting record and filing.
- Liaise with project client for monthly progress claim and contract work.
- Handle day to day operations of project costing record and filling.
- Payroll listing, IRB e-filling, PCB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDcorp submission.
- Monthly payroll calculative and related bank transaction.
- Monthly foreign workers wages calculation and related cash transaction.
- Arrange and monitor employee daily activity, work schedule and attendance.
- Monitor foreign workers permit and CIDB.
- Handling CIDB license / levy / green card renewal.
- Arrangement company vehicle for Puspacom / Road Tax / Insurance.
- Company business / assets license renewal.
**Job Requirements:

- Experience within work scope includes financial, HR, project, admin, supervising and identifying construction industry works.
- Ability to handle full set account and HR duties.
- Knowledge in construction progress claims is an advantage.
- Able to work independently, Integrity and responsibility.
