A leading global MNC in the manufacturing industry is seeking a hands on and highly dedicated Head of HR to join their team.
**Job Summary**
To lead all HR functions and shaping the company's culture, fostering employee development, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
**Job Requirements**:
- At least a Bachelor's degree in a businessrelated field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the HR field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience in managing teams and driving results.
- Proven track record in union management, including negotiations and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute HR initiatives that align with business goals.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Open for relocation.
**Salary**: RM15,000.00 - RM22,000.00 per month
