As an HR Manager at Sedunia Travel Services, you will play a vital role in managing all aspects of the company's human resources functions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives. Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

- Managing employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Developing and implementing effective performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
- Handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Managing employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes in compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations and keeping up-to-date with changes in legislation.
- Developing and delivering HR training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
- Sound knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and selection techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
