**In this Role, you’ll get to**
- Partner with Corporate / Business Unit HR and local management team to deliver a spectrum of strategic and tactical HR support and advisory services that aligned with the business initiatives, company objectives and management directives.
- Drives HR functional excellence and process improvement spanning across recruitment, payroll administration, performance and rewards, employee relations, learning and culture as well as HR system operations.
- Implement / Execute standard HR policies across business units and able to provide strategic solutions to HR-related issues, ensure compliance of HR processes.
- Acting as HRBP to oversee the complete employee life cycle, from recruitment to offboarding in customer service line of business, ensuring adherence to company policies and best practices.
- Cultivate and promote employee engagement, good employee relations and professional HR support to the stakeholders.
- Perform any other HR responsibilities or ad-hoc cross functional assignments as needed.

**What you'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or any other related discipline
- Minimum 5-6 years relevant experience with independent HR generalist / management exposure Strong business and HR acumen, preferably from online travel or e-commerce industry. Working background in MNC establishment and call center environment will have an added advantage
- Prior experience working as multifaceted HR in supporting in-house call center will be preferred.
- Good HR competencies and well versed with Malaysia employment regulations / labour law.
- Good written and communication skills, ability to interface effectively with different level of people
