Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, EPF, and SOCSO.
- Oversee administrative tasks and office management.
- Scout for new office locations and coordinate relocation if necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field.
- Fluency in Chinese.
- Proficient in Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
- Experience in onboarding, HR operations, and administrative tasks.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
**Salary**: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
