**Job Description**:
**Get to know the role and the day-to-day activities**:
- Handle all aspects of daily Administrative functions for the Company, including general office maintenance.
- Assist in general purchase of office stationery, staff refreshment items etc.
- Assist in preparation of Purchase Orders (POs).
- Assist in travel arrangements, including flight and accommodation bookings.
- Supervise the office dispatch, cleaners and receptionist staff.
- Process and renew the office business license and signboard license.
- Assist in the verification of employee claims, employee leave records and filing of HR documents.
**In order to be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following job requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in an Administration function.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Meticulous, multi-tasker, proactive, positive can-do attitude and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
