**Job Title: HR & Admin Operations Executive**
**Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia**
**Department: Human Resources & Administration**
**Job Summary**:
Responsible for managing day-to-day HR and administrative functions in compliance with local laws and company policies. Ensures smooth office operations and supports both employee lifecycle management and general administration tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Human Resources**:
- Handle recruitment coordination, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR database accurately
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN)
- Support payroll processing by liaising with finance/payroll vendors
- Coordinate performance reviews and training activities
- Address basic employee queries and support HR policies implementation
**2. Administration**:
- Oversee general office operations and supplies procurement
- Liaise with building management and service vendors
- Organize travel, accommodation, and meeting arrangements
- Manage office assets and ensure proper documentation
- Support health & safety protocols and facility maintenance
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in HR & Admin roles, preferably in Malaysia
- Knowledge of local labor laws and statutory compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Able to work independently with a proactive attitude
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Yearly bonus
