What you'll do:
As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. You will manage a diverse team comprising HR Generalists, Compensation & Benefits specialists, and Recruitment professionals. Your role will involve developing effective HR strategies, overseeing recruitment processes, managing compensation strategies, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance across all HR functions.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organisation's goals, vision, and growth.
- Ensure that HR programs, policies, and practices are consistent with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the hiring of qualified candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Supervise and manage the development of competitive compensation strategies and employee benefits packages.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and practices.
- Ensure HR records are accurately maintained and comply with company policies and legal requirements.
The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Manager position brings a wealth of experience in managing multiple HR functions. With your strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance regulations, you will ensure that our client's strategic objectives are met. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (10 years) in an HR management role, preferably overseeing multiple HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
