**Job description**:

- Administrative assistants perform administrative and office support for supervisors.
- They perform a variety of tasks, such as answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, ordering office supplies, maintaining the office facilities running smoothly, and ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly.
- To undertake all admin duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior and the management.
- Good documentation and follow up skill to ensure the daily operation is running smooth for all department.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Top Management.
- Coordinate and direct numerous work activities to employees.
- Operations management: Coordinate housekeeping tasks efficiently.
- Manage shipping details and logistics effectively.
- Financial Administration: Handle invoicing and billing processes accurately.
- Ensure timely payments and reconcile accounts as needed.

Pay: RM1,829.41 - RM2,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
