Responsibilities:

- To develop and build-up sales team in our new business unit in sealant industrial.
- To promote the brand and determine annual sales revenue & profit plans by implementing or through planning, budgeting, analyzing trends and results as well as implementing marketing strategies and activities.
- To establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for all regions, projecting sales volume and profitability for existing and new products.
- To present marketing program and provide the sales team with an appropriate guidance, coaching/training, information and feedback in order to achieve business strategies and objectives.
- To oversee all customer inquiries and ensure requests are appropriately responded to in a timely manner.
- Build a good relationships and rapport with customers.
- Prepare monthly sales revenue/analysis/forecasting reports for Management review.

Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least more than 5 years of working experience in business development, sales and marketing position.
- Those with experience in industrial sealant and adhesive industry would be an added advantage.
- Proactive, excellent leadership/communication/presentation/negotiation and listening skills.
- Dynamic personality, self-driven and result-oriented.
