Job Scope
- Drive and meet key business objectives within the Personal Financial Services (PFS) - Non-Wealth Segment (Commercial Banking, Business Banking and Mortgage).
- Plan and organize Monthly Business Reviews with Bank Regional Leaders for the dedicated segment.
- Train and develop the Bank Sales Officers to ensure an excellent standard of skills, knowledge and behavior.
- Motivate, coach and mentor the new and existing Bank Sales Officers.
- Build and maintain good business relationships with Bank Insurance Specialist and Bank Regional Leaders.
JOB SCOPE

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To ensure Business Objectives for PFS Non-Wealth Segment is aligned with Business Partner’s direction and targets through nationwide Monthly Business Reviews and Coordination.
2. To train, guide and coach Bank Sales Officers effectively to deliver committed production target, ensure channel profitability, compliance measurement and improvement of sales processes where necessary.
3. To nurture relationships with key Bank Insurance Sales Specialists and Regional Leaders to leverage on them for better and effective communication as well as overall Segment growth.
4. To explore possible further expansion of Non-Wealth Segment through sub channels such as Employee Benefits to value add on the Segment’s existing product offering.
JOB SPECIFICATION
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in any discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 6 years sales management experience in the financial industry.
- Relevant working experience in managing business units in Financial Institutions.
- Excellent in client management
- Strong Business Acumen
- Sales and Marketing Management
- Experience in Insurance industry is added advantage
Knowledge
- Strong products knowledge especially in insurance.
