Sales Planning Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the production plan is aligned with material to ensure maximum efficiency
- Plan and prepare production schedule according to sales forecast.
- Monitor and follow up sales production against target planned.
- To collect data and analyze key sales related index for sales team.
- Analyse performance against budget planned.
- Monthly reporting of sales team performance
- To assist on annual budget preparation, compilation on monthly sales forecast revision and analyze budget variances.
- To ensure timely submission and review of financial and operational reports from all business units
- Timely submission of relevant weekly/monthly reports on sales unit reports to the management for decision making
- Provide necessary assistance and facilitation to members of organization.
- Accomplish any other ad hoc tasks and duties assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years working experience in relevant field.
- At least a Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Marketing or equivalent
- Familiar with Microsoft words, Power Point & Excel
- Good coordination and communication skills with all levels of people, good team player and positive working attitude.
