**Position**:Warehouse Associate
**Working Location**:Sunway Damansara, Petaling Jaya
**Working Days/Hours**:6 days per week (2.00 pm to 11.00 pm), Rest Day (Sunday) - _**MUST be flexible to work under irregular working hours and days**_
**Employment Type**:3 Months Contract (_**Renewable based on performance**_)
**Salary**:Up to RM 2,500 + Mobile Allowance RM 100 + Overtime

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the right items are delivered to the right location on time, to the quality required and in the most cost-effective way.
- Overseeing the distribution and transportation of goods from the Hub to the customer.
- Managing the schedule of Rider & Driver.
- Handling the return process from Sortation Centre.
- Communicate effectively with the Vendor drivers to ensure all KPIs are met.
- Assisting the Manager in report preparation and analysis.
- Manage the flow of day-to-day Route operations.
- Conduct routes check-rides to observe courier behavior out on the route and identify opportunities for improvements.
- Monitor courier routes' daily activity and package handover process to ensure completion.

**Requirements**:

- SPM or Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- **Minimum 2 years of working experience as logistics/transport/warehouse coordinator.**:

- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia for both spoken and written.
- **Good PC skills, especially MS Excel.**:

- **MUST be able to work on shift, long hours, weekends and Public holidays.**:

- **Able to start immediately and possess own transport.**:
