**About The Role**
- This role will be taking inbound and making outbound calls each workday with our potential clients, to qualify them if they are a good fit, as well as help them make the decision of whether to enroll in our coaching program that helps them land a job in management consulting.
- The role is based on quick conversations, where you get to give your insights to help people with things you know.
- You don't have to find your own leads & currently, we have a backlog of potential clients wanting to talk to you, so filling your calendar with calls will not be a problem.

**We Want Someone Who**:
- has at least 2 years of experience handling appointment-setting and/or inbound/ outbound sales.
- is able to commit to working 40 hours a week.
- wants to make an impact in peoples lives.
- can promote a coaching program that is built on integrity & create life-changing results.
- is a critical thinker with very good problem-solving skills.
- is proactive and has a very strong initiative to analyze our processes and be able to challenge them and suggest ideas on how things can be done better.
- has good time-management skills.
- has great interpersonal & communication skills.
- is not afraid to ask questions.
- someone with outstanding written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to connect on a personal level.
- has a laptop/pc, headset, high-definition webcam & has access to at least 10 Mbps of internet speed.
**What We Can Offer**
- 100% remote. We don't have an office. You can choose where & how you work.
- We pay $500/month base salary + commissions for this role.
