Job responsibilities:
- Cooking & preparing high quality dishes as per company”s standard
- To lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations of the kitchen.
- To work with kitchen team to control and monitor food costing in order to achieve targeted performance.
- To ensure and maintain the standard of food presentation, quality and food safety requirements.
- To ensure overall cleanliness of the kitchen area, all crockery and equipment.
- To maintain food safety standard at all times.
- Review, select formulate and pricing of news menus.
- Managing all stock inventories and placing orders for supplies.
- Assisting with create new menu, recipes and develop dishes.
- Supervising all kitchen stations.
Requirements:
- Min. Qualification - Foundation / Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
- Min. 2 years’ experience in F&B / Kitchen Operations.
- Service Oriented, able to work as a team & work under pressure.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Night shift
**Experience**:
- Asian Food: 2 years (preferred)
