Job Description:

- To handle Projects, Subsales, Perfection, Discharge, Loan documentations and other conveyancing related matters.
- To draft and vet agreements and documents.
- To attend signings for sale and purchase agreement and loan documents.
- To attend clients, state authorities, correspondences and any relevant authorities.
- To handle in any other duties assigned as and when required to do so.

Job Requirements:

- 1-year related experience in conveyancing.
- Fresh grad are welcome to apply.
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in law and possess a valid Practicing Certificate.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Well versed with the basic laws & legal procedures.
- Good in legal research, critical thinking and time management.
- Have decent interpersonal skills, team player and responsible.
- Able to work independently with high degree professionalism and integrity.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

Schedule:
