**Responsibilities**:

- **Assist veterinarians**: Help prepare for appointments and assist during procedures.
- **Medication preparation**: Prepare medications according to veterinarians' instructions.
- **Clinic upkeep**: Ensure the clinic is clean and hygienic throughout the day.
- **Client care**: Greet clients warmly and professionally, answer questions, and manage client expectations.
- **Emergency response**: Inform veterinarians immediately about urgent cases.
- **Communication hub**: Answer phone calls and messages, manage client inquiries via WhatsApp, and schedule appointments using the Kreloses system.
- **Client education**: Instruct pet owners on administering medications to their animals.
- **Clinic flow management**: Coordinate clinic activities for smooth operation and staff breaks.
- **Pet updates**: Provide updates to pet owners on the status of hospitalized or boarding animals.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and other staff members.
- **Additional duties**: Perform other tasks as assigned by the veterinarian or clinic manager.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay (written and verbal)
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Compassion, emotional intelligence, and a positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously and maintain a high level of accuracy
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor

**Requirements**:

- SPM
- No animal or dust allergies
- No fear of animals

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
