**Job Description**:

- Answer and direct phone calls
- Welcome visitors and attend inquiry
- Friendly and outgoing
- Maintain tidiness for reception area and all common areas
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
- Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Maintain the general office filing system

Qualifications:

- Minimum SPM, STPM or equivalent qualification
- Experience in an office environment is an added advantage
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong phone skills
- Language: English, Malay, Chinese (added advantage)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
