**Qualifications & experience**
- Diploma/ Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or other related course.
- 1-2 years customer service experience. Able to solve problems independently.
- Friendly, cheerful and helpful to customers and colleagues.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Assist walk in/call in/online customer enquiries by sending price list and making appointment for massage services.
- Follow up closely on all enquiries and arrange daily appointments.
- Update therapist’s daily worksheet and communicate closely with therapist.
- Issue bill and collect payment. Prepare daily closing report.
- Prepare all the necessary tasks before customers arrive.
- Weekly inventory check and monthly stock order.
- Other related tasks assigned by management.
