MI Team
As a part of monetization department, MI should be specifically designed to best serve monetization need.
⁣MI is same to content safety as severe leakage could be fatal to our apps, but it's different from content safety in that: overkill in content safety lead to damage to user experience (hard to measure), whereas overkill in monetization means instant loss of profit. This means for us, controling overkill is as important as controling leakage.
⁣MI should try to be one of the engines to drive the growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support across Labeling team/language and work closely with Team Lead/Ops Manager in setting KPI metrics and reporting for both in-house and vendor's efficiency and quality
- Keep track during nesting and project roll out to report and maintain Labeling project progress
- Monitor labeling quality, participate in quality calibrations with BPO vendor teams and inhouse team, ensure sustainable results to be delivered, troubleshoot issues and pilot solutions for work process improvement.
- Execute both quantitative and qualitative analyses of data and trends to proactively deliver insights, define goals, and drive improvements
- Participate in the development of quality inspection standards and continuously optimize the process and system platform
- Work closely with other department stakeholders to respond immediately to relevant quality related needs and adhoc tasks
- Working experience in operation for a tech or social media company with 1-3 years data analytic experience is required
- Strong project management and cross-department communication skills
- Proficient skills in EXCEL, familiar with formulas, pivot tables, reports and presentations
- Good information analysis, data deep dive and interpret capability
- Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up, and quick learning skills
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) and other languages is a plus
