About the Job
- To quantify amount of material required for a project based on drawings provided by the designers.
- Work with the purchaser to source for new vendors/suppliers and to get quotation from vendors/suppliers.
- Preparing Bill of Quantity (BQ) for the sales team to finalize work.
- To calculate project costing and profit margins to finalize budget.

**Requirements**:

- Skill with Microsoft Excel
- Able to communicate with sub-contractors for quotations
- Accuracy with estimations
- Knowledge in renovation and construction quantity surveying
- Good reporting skills.
- Good time management skill
