Fitness Operation Supervisor

**Job Overview**:
The Fitness Operations Supervisor will be pivotal in managing the day-to-day operations of Babel's fitness facilities, ensuring high-quality and innovative fitness services. This role emphasizes proactive facility management, staff supervision, and customer satisfaction, maintaining Babel's prestigious standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Staff Management:
- Supervise Customer Relations Officers, ensuring effective management of front-of-house operations and customer service.
- Oversee the handling of customer queries, complaints, and feedback to ensure swift and professional resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Organize schedules for Customer Relations Officers to ensure efficient and comprehensive coverage.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance customer service skills and ensure staff are well-versed in the latest industry practices.
- Manage staff performance through regular evaluations, providing feedback and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
Facility Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of fitness equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in top condition and adhere to safety standards.
- Coordinate repairs and routine maintenance with the maintenance team, planning such activities to minimize disruption to gym operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming gym environment that reflects Babel’s premium standards.
Customer Service:
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards across all interactions within the gym, ensuring staff represent Babel’s high-quality image.
- Develop strong relationships with gym members to create a welcoming and motivational community.
Health and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to protect clients and staff.
- Regularly update and train staff in emergency and health and safety procedures.
- Sales and Marketing Support:
- Work with the marketing team to promote gym services and special events.
- Engage in outreach and promotional activities to enhance membership growth and public engagement.
Administrative Duties:
- Produce monthly reports on metrics and performance indicators for senior management.
- Keep accurate records of operations, including client memberships, staff certifications, and financial transactions.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
