**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive strategic partnerships with value added services (VAS) players in the industry to strengthen NGB offering to SME segments and beyond.
- Responsible to bring the offering from inception to commercialization including setting and actively tracking key milestones and deliverables.
- Responsible to prepare business requirements and user stories relevant to the delivery required.
- Assist in delivering Operational readiness - working with Journey Experts, GT and PMO to ensure business processes and procedures are in place.
- Assist in delivering Regulatory readiness - working with compliance team to comply with country regulatory framework.
- Assist in delivering Commercial readiness - working with frontline units (Sales, RM, and Branch) and marketing and communication teams, on user guides, pitch books, internal training market announcements.
- Conducts program update (progress and risks) to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Grow customer engagement and take up of VAS, maximising opportunities across customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with other business units to ensure pain points and customer requirements are met.
