Responsible for day-to-day execution and implementation of the e-commerce activities across online marketplaces - Lazada, Shopee, PG Mall, TikTok, etc. (product listing, promotional mechanism, promotion pricing, campaign banner management).
- Planning on new and existing product uploads. Ensure all product uploads are complete with full descriptions.
- Track inventory levels and product removal (if necessary).
- Monitor the ongoing performance of online promotions, online campaign results, and marketing campaigns, making recommendations for change and improvement.
- Conducting research and analyzing data based on business insights (e.g. ads spend, ranking target, impression, user engagement conversion rate, traffic, etc)
- Process sales orders and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Handle online customer service. Manage customer expectations and solve customer issues/complaints professionally. Making sure that each customer issue is followed up and completed by related parties.
- Inspecting and uploading customers' reviews and ratings.
- Manage and build the online distribution channel through various e-commerce marketplaces.
- Conduct ad-hoc research on competitors and their trading conditions;
- Analyzing sales-related data to predict future sales and stock requirements.
- Any other ad-hoc task to be assigned from time to time from the Management.

**Job Requirements**:

- A diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in managing TikTok, Shoppee, and Lazada accounts
- Strong sense of social media trends in relevant markets, as well as content based on language
- Proficient in using social media management and analytic tools
- Excellent understanding of social media marketing concepts and best practices
- Proven working experience as a digital marketer or in any social media marketing-related role in any industry is an added advantage.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, images, and video)
- Personality: strong communication skills, willingness to explore new things, proactive and strong learner
- Good command of written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
