Accounts Manager

**Job Descriptions**:
**Accounts Manager (Selangor - Balakong)**
- Responsible for the full spectrum of finance, including timely preparation of financial and management reports as well as analysis of results
- Plan and control the company's cash flow, funding, and budget allocation
- Control and manages end-to-end financial processes in support of the account, which includes collections, payments, monthly close activities, and balance sheet reconciliation
- Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls, and procedures are fully compliant with Financial Reporting Standards and applicable reporting standards
- Perform business planning and yearly budget
- Establish effective internal control procedures to improve accounting and reporting systems.
- Liaise with External Auditors, Tax agents, Legal, Bankers, etc.
- Oversee the project customer's progress claim to ensure accuracy on the claims.
- Involving in project costing and project selling
- Attend project meetings held by the project teams to overcome the shortcoming in the project, such as variance on claims against certified amount.
- Review the Audited Report issued by auditor to ensure that all audit adjustment has been captured correctly.
- Review Tax Computation prepared by the tax agent to ensure that final tax is properly computed and final tax has remit to tax authority on time.
- Review the cost sheet the project team prepared and check the project margin.
- Liaise with the solicitor on legal suit matters.
- Liaise with company secretary on board documentation, transfer of share between directors, etc.
- Attend to banker queries on yearly review of the facilities matters.
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting
- MIA member is an added advantage
- Working experience in Manufacturing/Construction fields is preferred
