**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging lectures and hands-on sessions to diploma students, imparting comprehensive knowledge of Traditional Complementary Medicine and Natural Medicine practices.
- Provide guidance, supervision, and mentorship to students' projects, fostering their growth and development within the field.
- Collaborate with the academic team to develop effective learning materials, design comprehensive schemes of work, and maintain accurate records to monitor students' progress, achievements, and attendance.
- Offer academic and pastoral support to students, addressing their academic and personal needs to create a supportive learning environment.
- Actively participate in the development, administration, and assessment of exams and other forms of evaluation.
- Contribute insights and expertise to enhance the curriculum's quality, ensuring it aligns with industry standards and best practices.
- Assist in operational planning, including workload management, timetable coordination, student retention strategies, college development initiatives, and compliance-related tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Alternative Medicine or a relevant field.
- At least one year of practical experience in a certified Traditional Complementary Medicine (TCM) Center.
- Strong communication and teaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Organizational aptitude to develop effective learning resources and monitor student progress.
- Collaborative mindset to contribute actively to curriculum development and improvement.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a student-centered approach to education.

**Remuneration**:
Salary for this position is negotiable and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
