Admin/billing Assistant

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- To perform day to day Trucking and Distribution Billing.
- Required to perform billing in various modules sucsh as manual billing in Microsoft Excel and system billing either via nTMS or SAP or both.
- Required to follow up with planners for pending information/ supporting documents to perform billing.
- Required to invoice clients according to agreed process and cutoff without being reminded.
- Efficient in handling documents especially invoicing.
- To ensure billing completed within cutoff and required to be pro active in communication.
- Other administrative tasks when required.
- **Job Requirement:

- Min SPM/Diploma or Degree in Finance / Administration or equivalent field
- Computer literate.
- Good communication, interpersonal and writing skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Minimum 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
