**Main Duties **The goal is to translate marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive campaigns that stimulate targeted audiences. Creation of style guides, brand guidelines and vision.

**Retail**
- Visual merchandising
- Nurture relationship with Retail Operations Manager, in order to have visibility of seasonal in-store merchandising and window concept at APW Bangsar.

**Seasonal**
- Photography, Videography, E-shop for seasonal campaigns
- Fashion presentation materials - show flow and visual materials

**Commercial**
- Social media planning and execution of brand accounts on Instagram, Youtube, Website, E-shop
- Ensuring visuals standards across campaign imagery, online store display, social media (Instagram, website, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube) and on ground events.
- Preparation of sales materials such as look book, line sheets, product book, hang tags

**Creative**
- Creative input for product development
- Working closely with both Creative and Commercial, you will be a key player to provide inspirational visual direction.
- Branding guidelines for label

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma in Mass Communication/Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Able to bring a point-of-view and defend work and gives and takes constructive feedback
- Strong retail understand and acumen.
- Strong organizational skills and time management.
- Highly motivated and able to work in a fast pace environment.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Your will have a strong background working in Visual Merchandising at either back-of-house or head office.
- In depth knowledge in fashion and arts.
- Experience influencing key decisions and challenging back with smart objectives.
- Possess own transportation (car)

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
