**Main Missions**:
1. Existing resorts - manage product portfolio
- Existing product:_
- Have or acquire the full knowledge of the product in existing resorts: sports, family, circus
- Supervise the compliance of existing product to the product standards
- Act as a referent for operational queries on the scope, bring operational support during the resorts’ visits, find solutions to the issues raised
- Supervise satisfaction indicators in Sports, Circus, Leisure, Kids and Family Experience scope and perform action plans if enhancement needed
- Plan own visits in the APAC resorts and plan experts’ visits to the resort for Operational support
- Product evolution:_
- Have innovation mindset and awareness of the novelties / market practices of the scope
- Propose relevant product evolutions, relying on market benchmark, research & resorts’ feedbacks
- Design the product upon validation, relying on relevant resources or suppliers: budget identification, deployment kits, deployment support, communication
- Accompany first deployments, relying on operational actors
- Establish annual OPEX / CAPEX plan and steer the budget expenditure dedicated to the related scope

2. New resorts - design the leisure experiences of tomorrow and associated spaces
- Cooperate with different stakeholders to design the client experience and associated spaces for kids, family, sports, circus within new resorts, by integrating relevant new experiences & novelties
- Write or complete the product & construction standards for these spaces
- Contribute to construction documents on associated spaces: surface area chart, construction program, product overview, etc
- Review and interact on the plans of associated spaces
- Prepare SOE lists (small operating equipment’s)
- Assist operational set up
- Do a return on experience and improvements suggestions

3. HR pools - supervise, coach and help developing the talents
- Together with HR Business partners (HRBP) and the training department (UDT), design or supervise the design of trainings for the scope of Sports, Circus, Leisure, Kids and Family Experience
- Participate to the identification and follow up of the key talents
- Coach the Resort Leisure Managers (Sports Manager, Family Manager, etc) during the visits
- Cooperate with HRBP to the process on the assignments (under HR ownership) for the department under his/her perimeter
- Together with HRBP contribute to developing consistent career paths for managers and potential organization evolutions
- Contribute to driving innovation mindset and transversal way of work within resorts teams

4. Hygiene & Safety - in cooperation with H&S department
- Cooperate with H&S department to update the H&S check list or guidelines for the activities related to his/her department
- Regular follow up on the facilities, equipment, staff training on the H&S matters
- Acknowledge H&S audit and reports for the owned departments and cooperate for any corrective actions

**Required Experience**:

- A relevant experience in Sports, Circus, Leisure, Kids and Family Experience products and management
- Operational experience (not only conceptualization) is a plus
- Knowledge of safety regulations of the fields in the scope is required
- Budget planning and follow-up skills
- Asian client’s knowledge
- Fluent English is a must, another language is a plus

- Quality of product evolutions proposed
- Quality of operational follow up
- Feedbacks of internal and external stakeholders (Marketing, Ops, General Manager, HR)
