- You are to determine the standard and necessary information require for Production Routing Chart so as to enable the planner to execute planning upon new job confirmation;
- You are to motivate and develop the manufacturing workforce to increase productivity;
- You are to identify the training needs and to assist in the training of all production staff. That is to train and develop the potential of each staff so that their skills and knowledge are utilized effectively and efficiently;
- You are to identify quality problems and their causes and institute corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurrence;
- You are to recommend solutions for non-conformance and then follow-up on the implementation to the solution;
- You are to involve in all corrective actions that are taken on any discrepancy found during inspections/audit pertaining to his areas;
- You are to ensure all relevant elements of the quality system are applied to the activities under his supervision;
- You are responsible to do the line layout, jig & fixture and continuous improvement in shop floor - You are responsible to meeting customer satisfaction.
