1. To ensure that all packages, materials, components and parts are properly and timely delivered, inspected and stored and comply with applicable procedures, project specifications. 2. To follow up closely the logistics of materials from on/offshore. 3. To participate in materials inspections, materials, components and parts audits and safety observations as required. 4. To establish strong working relationships within inter department to ensure clarity of requirements and timely resolutions of issues. 5. To ensure that all notifications, receiving inspection reports, being progressively collected are accurate and fully traceable to the related work. 6. To maintain all information for status of materials/parts on monthly basis.
