**Required Skillset of Qualified Personnel**
- A degree in information systems, computing studies, IT or any other related fields.
- Proven working experience in PL/SQL programming to perform various operation tasks including but not limited to periodical activities, root cause analysis, consultation.
- Able to work collaboratively and efficiently with teams from multiple departments to ensure the orderly execution of proposed solutions or tasks;
**Scope of Support**:

- Supplier shall provide daily operational support for the supported IT Finance Application, which includes not limited to monitoring and resolving incidents, issues, and tasks. Supplier shall follow the documented guidelines to support the ticket-handling process.
- Supplier shall support periodical finance activities (including but not limited to monthly, quarterly, half-yearly activities) to complete the finance process for business users of the supported IT Finance Applications.
a. Conduct root cause analysis to identify the underlying issues or problems raised in operation;
b. perform basic code analysis to support your findings with data; and

c. answer any questions raised by stakeholders.

**Measures and Deliverables**

a. Supplier shall resolve Critical incident within two (2) hours

b. Supplier shall resolve High incident within eight (8) hours

c. Supplier shall resolve Medium incident within seventy-two (72) hours or three (3) Business Days

d. Supplier shall resolve Low incident within two-hundred-and-forty (240) hours or ten (10) Business Days
- Supplier shall solve task tickets within the target flow factor and Supplier shall fulfil the requested timeline (if relevant) for the supported IT Finance Applications
- Supplier shall commit Qualified Personnel to perform the specific periodic activities and ensure completeness of activities with error free, based on Business and IT defined timeline.
- Supplier shall ensure the activity checklist is updated and the important screenshot is uploaded.
- Supplier shall complete pre-analysis in order to avoid any impact on Client operation.
- Supplier shall identify the correct cause of the problem or issue.
- Supplier shall also provide the investigation findings, and recommend the right solution in order to ensure that there is no disruption in Client operation. Supplier shall ensure that the relevant Client stakeholders are satisfied with Supplier’s explanation or answer.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
