**PA to CEO**
- **Salary**: RM5,000 to RM7,000
- **Working Location**: Prai, Penang
- **Job Type**: Permanent
- **Benefits**: 5-day week, Life Insurance, performance bonus, medical, etc
- Provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to CEO.
- Making travel and accommodation arrangements for business trip and manage expenses claims.
- Manage and coordinate the CO’s business schedule, planning and ensure smooth function of meetings, appointments and company internal and external events.
- Undertake all necessary business research & information for the CEO.
- Liaise & follow up on all business & work related matters for the CEO.
- Record and prepare minutes of operations meetings.
- Assist in preparation for presentation and follow-up action plans.
- Organize and manage confidential documents, records and maintain an organized filing for smooth date retrieving.
- Handling inquiries & general correspondences.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all level of management, staff and business associates.
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Familiar with Finance and basic accounting knowledge.
- Languages: must be proficient in English, Chinese & BM (both written & spoken).
- Pleasant personality and have good telephone etiquette.
- IT literate and able to use common office software like word processor, spreadsheets and presentation software well

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,050.00 - RM7,050.00 per month
