Presales Consultant

**Job Requirement**:

- Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Computer Science/ IT, Networking or equivalent
- Certification : Cisco CCNP, Juniper AXIS
- Preferable 3-5 years working experience In pre/post sales in ICT industry with network security working experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong presentation skills and technical knowledge.
- Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines.
- Able to work independently and cooperatively in a team
- Hardworking, Initiative and self-motivated with positive working attitude.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel (perform outstation works whenever needed)
- Good communication skill In Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Attractive commission scheme will be provided.

**Job Responsibility**:

- Responsible to provide technical solutions to new & existing customers on ICT networking & security solutions.
- Responsible for actively driving and managing the presales process with partners and end users; to articulate the vendor's technology and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users.
- To provide technical assistance and guidance during the presales process by identifying customers technical and business requirements.
- To attend meetings with prospects to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.
- Create and confidently deliver technical presentations & solution demonstrations internally and externally.
- Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners and internal stakeholders.
- Create internal design configuration documentation including process diagrams with technical explanations.
- Participation in preparing tender document/compliance table for tender request
- To conduct site survey on customer's existing network setup to obtain sufficient information required.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
