- Job Description:_
- **Filing and Organization**_
- Maintaining organized and efficient filing systems for easy retrieval of documents and information.
- **Data Entry**_
- Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining records or information in databases, spreadsheets, or software systems.
- **Administrative Support**_
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents, and organizing paperwork.
- **Correspondence Service**_
- **Inventory Management**_
- Monitoring and managing inventory levels, processing orders, and coordinating with suppliers for restocking.
- **Financial Record-Keeping & Online Payment**_
- Assisting in maintaining payroll, utility & supplier financial records, preparing payment voucher, processing payments, and reconciling accounts.

**Salary**: From RM1,550.00 per month
Expected hours: No less than 44 per week
