**OFFICE CLERK & ADMIN**
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Prepare and issue payment voucher, invoices, Purchase Orders and other relevant documents (Autocount).
- Assist in month-end closing activities to ensure tally with financial statement.
- Manage daily purchasing process, get quotations, place orders, verify specifications and pricing issue, follow up delivery, prepare purchasing reports, etc.
- Maintain files and records updated and accessible.
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
- Answer the phone to take messages or redirecting calls to appropriate colleagues.
- Data entry, preparing and maintain proper records including employee attendance, leaves and MC claim record.
- Maintain proper record of foreign worker passport & permit renewal records, insurance and etc.
- Assist with superiors to bring workers to clinics for fomema checking & any others emergency cases for workers.
- Responsible for purchase office stationery, workers necessary things and raw material requested by production supervisor and others.
- Collect documents and distribute mail between related branches and departments.
- Assist auditors in providing related auditing documents at every financial period.
- Ready to accept Ad-hoc task assigned from time-to-time

**Qualification**:
- At least 1 years working experience in related field, knowledge and experience in operation.
- Required Skill(s): MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point and SQL or Auto count Accounting System
- Responsible, passion & able to work as team. Have good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Willing to learn new things & taking challenges.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
