As a Data Entry Admin at Weco Marketing Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records by entering data into our systems. Your attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy will ensure the smooth operation of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Outline the specific tasks and duties the Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for, such as:

- Enter data from various sources into the company database accurately and efficiently.
- Verify and review data for errors, completeness, and inconsistencies.
- Maintain data integrity by regularly updating and cleansing records.
- Assist in data quality improvement initiatives.
- Generate reports and summaries as needed.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Other ad-hoc activities

**Qualifications**:

- SPM, diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality principles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresh graduate
