This position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and operates in a hybrid work setting.

Celebrating our 17th year of operations this year, Forest Interactive has expanded to include a diverse workforce of 20+ nationalities in 10 regional offices worldwide.

Our business centers around:
1. Delivering Delivery Service Delivery Platforms (DSDP);
2. Developing digital voucher and e-commerce platforms;
3. Facilitating content subscription;
for our partners across 35 countries, servicing 90+ mobile operators and 100+ content partners which collectively serve over a billion subscribers worldwide.

**Job Description & Expectations**:

- Social media community management & coordination.
- Brainstorm sessions with the digital content team for fresh and exciting social media content.
- Draft, oversee, and distribute engaging content across Forest Interactive's social media platforms.
- Liaise with the Creative & Multimedia department on digital marketing campaign materials & campaign timelines.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, and tabulate reports for internal and external reporting when requested.
- Attend, contribute, and facilitate meetings and discussions between departments and current/potential external partners, when required.
- Support Media Relations team efforts by producing exceptional press releases and/or articles, when required.
- General Corporate PR responsibilities and tasks.

**What skills and prerequisites should you possess before applying?**
- Excellent spoken and written proficiency in English.
- Business proficiency in Malay, Mandarin Chinese, and/or Indonesian is a plus.
- Up-to-date with current internet trends and social media jargon, notably in English content.
- Creative, independent, and self-sufficient individuals are preferred.
- Experience with content creation on social media and WordPress is preferred, for professional usage or otherwise.
- Proficient interpersonal communication skills are highly valued to liaise and engage with our partners and collaborators, both internally (interdepartmental) and externally (campaign and/or business partners).
- Duration of 3 months or 6 months

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM800.00 per month
