**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a high-quality open-source AI chat interface using the power of Svelte and SvelteKit.
- Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to design and implement user interfaces and backend services that are a testament to our Vision Language Model technology.
- Deliver an impeccable user experience for our open-source AI chat interface, ensuring adaptability across diverse platforms and devices.
- Propel the adoption of Svelte/SvelteKit best practices, contributing to the vibrancy and growth of the open-source ecosystem.
- Participate in rigorous code and design reviews, fostering a culture of excellence and collaborative improvement.
- Tackle and troubleshoot issues across all stages of development, valuing input and contributions from the open-source community.

**; Requirements: - Qualifications**:

- A degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, ECE, EE, or a related field, or equivalent experience through self-learning.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, OpenAPI, or tRPC, and similar backend services.
- Experience with database technologies such as SQLite, Postgres, SQL, Supabase, Cassandra, or Redis.
- Backend development proficiency with Golang, Node.js, or Python.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Exceptional communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.

**Nice to have**:

- Hands-on experience with Vision Language Models or related AI technologies.
- A track record of contributing to or maintaining open-source projects.
- Experience with software shipping cycles (dev, deploy, release, CI).
