Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Implementation of internal control processes to comply with financial policies and regulations.
Managing the company's cash and liquidity positions, including overseeing the management of cash flow, cash balances, and investments including closely monitoring of accounts receivable collection.
Centralization of cashflow control management and group treasury functions
Managing the cash flow and bi-weekly cashflow forecast and reporting to assist in optimizing Company funds and hedging.
Leading and managing the finance team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to carry out their responsibilities effectively.
In charge of annual audit exercise for the Group and responsible for the preparation of audited financial statements. Liaise with auditor, tax agent, company secretary, legal advisor, and banker on legal, banking and statutory compliance matters.
Perform any ad hoc finance and accounting related assignments as and when required
Requirement
Preferably Accountant or Finance Manager specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
At least 5 years of related working experience.
Regional exposure will be an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Independent, proactive and able to multi-task, self-motivated and good interpersonal skill
Good analytical skills & working attitude, strong communication, organization skill and a good team player.
SAP accounting skills will be an advantage.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel is required.
