**Job Description: Sprayer/Junior Sprayer - Painting Line Department**

Position Title: Sprayer/Junior Sprayer

Department: Production

Section/Unit: Painting Line

Reports To:

- Immediate Superior: Asst Supervisor/Supervisor/Superintendent
- Indirect Superior: Executive/Asst Manager/Manager

Number of Persons Supervised: 0

Purpose of the Position:
To produce high-quality parts by following standard operating procedures (SOP) or instructions. To support ad hoc activities within the timeframe set by the management.

Job Knowledge (Minimum Requirements):
Education: Preferably SPM

**Experience**:
Special Requirements: Basic painting skills

Key Responsibilities:
1. Follow SOP or Instructions (80%):

- Adhere strictly to SOPs and instructions to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
- Objective: To produce high-quality parts.

2. Comply with Safety Regulations (15%):

- Ensure all safety protocols are followed to protect oneself and colleagues.
- Objective: To ensure workers are well protected from any threat to their safety in the workplace.

3. Support Ad Hoc Tasks(5%):

- Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by management within the specified duration.
- Objective: To support the line whenever necessary.

Communication & Job Relationships:

- Internal:

- Coworkers and direct superior regarding quality and delivery performance progress.
- Indirect superior concerning safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale.
- External:

- Management staff from other departments for information gathering.

Key Dimensions and Related Job Results:

- Responsible for using consumable items as per the allocated budget.

Operating Environment:

- Must follow SOP and instructions from the superior.
- No decision-making regarding production-related matters.
- Required to report any abnormalities during routine tasks to the superior.
- Possible relocation to other sections as deemed necessary by management (permanent or temporary).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,550.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
