**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting customers as they enter the store
- Working at the point-of-sale counter to process transactions
- Understand customers' needs and introduce our products
- Entering sales data and customer data into the company database
- Suggesting new items to customers based on their selections
- Answer customer's calls and reply their messages on Whatsapp
- Keeping records of special orders
- Arrange installation and maintanence services fot customers
- Monitoring the merchandise and notifying a superior when items need to be restocked
- Building customer relationships

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (e.g: Exce, Words & Power Point)
- Speak at least simple Malay, English or Mandarin
- Can work for long term
- Able to communicate with co-workers and follow instruction from suprevisor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
